The old wires are always brittle and broken from breathing in gasoline fumes over 55 years! Using the old wiring is an invitation to disaster! This new harness takes 5 minutes to install. It will make your fuel tank servicing fast, reliable, and lets not forget safe! $300

57- 58 BROUGHAM FUEL LEVEL SENDING UNIT WIRE HARNESS 1/4 AMP FUSE: This is for late cars that have the factory installed fuse holder built in to the fuel tank unit harness. (Please see 57EB08-019 for more info on this very important part) This is a very unique and hard to find fuse that you absolutely will not find at your local auto parts store. I searched all over creation to find these! Using a generic fuse will defeat the purpose of this very important part, which could lead to a melt down of your irreplaceable Brougham only fuel level sending unit. $10
57- 58 BROUGHAM BROUGHAM ONLY HIGH TEMPERATURE INDICATOR LIGHT SENSOR: This is special to the 57-58 Brougham only! It is not the same as a standard Cadillac unit. This switch turns the dash warning light on when the engine cooling system gets too hot. The vast majority of OEM units no longer function. Now at last you can install an excellent replacement. $125
57- 58 BROUGHAM FUEL LEVEL SENDING UNIT ROTARY SWITCH SHAFT SPRING: This is a very unique and impossible find spring that I occasionally find to be defective when rebuilding OEM level sending units. You will find this only by removing the rotary switch assembly from the gear mechanism. $25
1957-58 IGNITION SWITCH PLASTIC WIRE CONNECTOR PLUG WITH METAL CONTACTS: Perfect reproduction. Now you can professionally replace this commonly damaged part. $65
NOTE: This is a must have item for 57-58 Brougham. This plug is more often than not badly melted from the constant amperage draw of the Airide compressor through the ignition switch. If your ignition key is hot to the touch you definitely have this problem, and other problems with your Airide.
