Imagine trying to get your deflated Airide Brougham on a flatbed when your car is facing north or south and your axle is facing east and west. It has happened many times! 1959 - 60 REAR TRAILING ARM LARGE DIAMETER AFT BUSHING: This part is often badly worn! $100

3- This aft trailing arm bushing is especially critical on cars equipped with Airide. If these are worn on and Airide car you will never be able to adjust the rear leveling valves properly! Also when these bushings are badly worn the air bags have been known to rub on the brake drum, especially common on 1960 finned drums, causing them to explode! That can only go on for a very short time! It has happened many times.

Unless you own your own machine shop it does not make much sense to incur the expense of building your own tooling to do this job. Without them you will cause severe damage to your arms. Unfortunately many people find this out the hard way! (Myself included, so do not feel too bad) If you have had this unhappy experience do not despair! We have built special form dies to cure this formerly impossible to repair problem. Price varies upon condition of your arms, but normally only a few hours work.
